Building Better Nutrition Together
We work with culinary schools, wellness centers, and community organizations across Georgia to expand access to practical cooking education. Our partnerships create spaces where people discover that healthy eating doesn't need to be complicated or expensive.
Shared Resources
Access to kitchen facilities, teaching materials, and nutrition expertise that benefits both organizations.
Community Reach
Combined networks help us connect with families who'd benefit most from hands-on cooking guidance.
Flexible Programs
We adapt our curriculum to match your organization's mission and the specific needs of your community.
How Our Partnerships Actually Work
We started collaborating with the Midtown Community Center back in early 2024. They had kitchen space sitting unused most evenings. We had families asking for weekend workshops closer to home.
Instead of creating something formal and rigid, we began with a simple question: what would help your community most? They mentioned single parents who wanted quick weeknight meal strategies. So that's what we built together.
Now those Saturday morning sessions regularly draw 20-25 people. The center gets consistent programming that serves their mission. We reach families who wouldn't drive across town for classes. And participants leave with actual recipes they can recreate on Tuesday nights when everyone's exhausted.
That's the kind of partnership we're interested in. Not paperwork and formal agreements that look impressive but don't help anyone. Real collaboration that solves actual problems for real people in your community.
What Partners Tell Us
These conversations happened over coffee and email between January and March 2025. People who've worked with us sharing what the experience was actually like.
Desmond Thorpe
Program Director, Eastside Wellness Initiative
We worried about adding another program to our already packed schedule. But Brainexa handled the heavy lifting. They brought instructors, managed registration, even helped with setup and cleanup. Our role was mostly just opening the doors and spreading the word. The feedback from participants has been genuinely positive, which makes continuing the partnership an easy decision.
Paloma Weatherby
Community Outreach Lead, Peachtree Culinary Institute
Our students needed more real-world teaching experience before graduation. Brainexa created opportunities for them to assist with community workshops under supervision. It's become part of our curriculum now. Students get practical hours, workshop participants benefit from extra support, and everyone learns something they didn't expect.
Ingrid Vanterpool
Executive Director, Westside Family Center
What surprised me most was their flexibility. When we realized Tuesday evenings weren't working for our families, they shifted to Saturday mornings without hesitation. When participants requested more budget-friendly recipes, they adjusted the curriculum within two weeks. That responsiveness matters more than perfect planning at the start.
Let's Talk About What Makes Sense
If you're running a community center, culinary school, or wellness organization in the Atlanta area, we should probably have a conversation. Not a formal pitch meeting. Just a genuine discussion about whether working together might benefit the people you serve.
